Our National program will begin with an overview of changes that employers can expect under the Biden Administration. This will be followed by a discussion of COVID-related considerations, including President Biden’s recent Executive Orders on vaccine mandates, OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard, and lessons learned over the past 18 months. Finally, we will explore the increasingly complex role that gender is playing in the workplace, including discussions about pay equity, pregnancy discrimination, and gender identity.
